When Jen Pollreis lost her leg as the result of a motorcycle accident and subsequent surgeries, she was told she would never walk again. But this Super UPSer refused to take “never” for an answer. Jen’s determination, energy and positive attitude are an inspiration to her UPS coworkers as well as other amputees.

Just a couple of observations.
Supervisor working.
Over supervision and harassment for responding to the person who said preload is hard and responded by “I have one leg and I can do it c’mon.”
You don’t get a pass on treating people with dignity and respect because you have one leg.
And it doesn’t mean you can do bargaining unit work.
