Message: <blockquote data-quote="vantexan" data-source="post: 6097779" data-attributes="member: 24302">Well what's funny about that?  Are you sure being a stand up comedian is the right career choice for you?I pointed out the other day that when Republicans wanted to axe Obamacare they didn't have a replacement for it.  And when Democrats pushed electrifying everything, especially cars, they didn't have the grid or the technology to make it happen.  Likewise Trump is imposing tariffs to force the return of manufacturing to the U.S.  Until that happens we don't have the ability to produce many of the goods that are essential.  The factories aren't here yet.  That threatens to unravel all of this so he's taking a great risk.  We'll have to see if this works.  And it better get real results soon before next year's midterms.</blockquote>
