I'm new to the concept of funding the government by trade revenue which i think Trump is ultimately trying  to get to. there is a lot to it that makes sense.  I think the first stage would ultimately result in removing the lower tier taxpayer from the taxpayer roles.  for me its a fascinating change of direction and an education. for too long we've had one solution to revenue that being to stick it to the taxpayer. Its an incredibly complicated transition. I don't know if Trump has enough time to get it done.</blockquote>
