The company being allowed to constantly do groundwork with article 40 air drivers definitely had an overall lower rate of compensation (ie never getting a full-time pension or any eight hour guarantee) put a Band-Aid over the situation of the need for more full-time people.There is going to be a shift coming soon, because the company can no longer force sixth punch. It is complete panic mode for management as early October comes soon. Routes will be sitting on Mondays and Saturdays, or they will be breaking these routes down and adding them to people who can’t get them done, causing more service failures and injuries until they decide to hire more people.</blockquote>
