And they did!!&nbsp; We took those surveys and told them what we wanted.&nbsp; Like more full time jobs...DONE!!&nbsp; Like a big increase in our pensions...DONE!!&nbsp;&nbsp; Like fixing the grievance procedure...DONE!!&nbsp; Like fixing the reduction of staff loophole...DONE!!&nbsp; Like getting us more summer vacation...DONE!!
