Howie and the boys gave themselves raises up almost $150,000 /year WITHOUT OBJECTION over their time in office.&nbsp; And in those 10 years or so, they negotiated garbage and we had a frozen pension and split raises and back room deals selling out member A to save member B.&nbsp; Those days are gone forever and the board&#039;s salaries have been returned to earth and are reasonable.
