Haven't seen any female in management pass the ranks of part time at UPS. My center manager is so chilled towards part timers in my building on the local sort, don't know about preload. Everybody is chilled towards me since I made probation. I have to say, I like this place. Im demanding and demanding my rights by the days. I have demanded my 3 and one half hours and now getting it everyday, next up is bumping anyone with less seniority than me (couple guys in the small sort).</p></blockquote><p></p>
