Even senior members - the only time they file supervisor working grievances is when they are having their personal issue with a supervisor(s). Even senior members I heard telling junior members to better get on their Q's and learn the dok fluently because management loves to fire people during peak, in an essence - he's telling them to take managements crap. There was this one time this supervisor tested two members with the dok right in front of a shop steward and told the two workers that they better know the dok 100% by next week or else they will get fired. Guess what? Shop steward didn't even look like he cared. This shop steward typically is out 5 days every month, I know damn well there are some back scratching going on between him and management.</p></blockquote><p></p>
