It was originally thought that it was 18 million dollars but market began to fall and there where years of over 25 million dollars where pumped into this local yearly!! Meanwhile our current contract falls short of these numbers even in a stock market that has been working at peak performance and funding relief giving pension funds a break on return investments from bad years! Aka! Kicking the can down the road for today's part timers to have major problems when they one day become full time.</p></blockquote><p></p>
