But a UPS employee who makes 1 single mistake is considered an employee that deserves a warning letter which states your next mistake will result in discharge. This has become ridiculous discipline which is only designed to oppress employees.  And history proves over and over.....oppressed  people won't stay opressed. It's time for this to stop.</p></blockquote><p></p>
