UPS dealt legal blow by Supreme Court

The Supreme Court says it won't hear an appeal by UPS after the company claimed a lower court improperly aggregated multiple shipments in determining that the company transported more than 10K untaxed cigarettes in violation of federal law. UPS also contended that it didn't violate a 2005 settlement with New York.
