UPS freight jobs questions

I am a former FedEx Express RTD, I am looking at two UPS Freight job listings. One of the is for a Full Time Road Driver with the hours of Sunrise/preload 6am to 12pm. Is this an hourly job or is it paid by the mile? What type of job responsibilities are there? The second job listing is for a Full Time Dock worker Sunrise/preload 6am to 12pm This seems more like a regular PUD delivery type job.

My former job with FedEx was a PM pickup route and a PM ramp run.

Hopefully someone will chime in with hands on information on the two positions.

Its hourly and mileage. You work dock its hourly drive its cpm. I believe. 50cpm then 53 56 59 year 4 you go to full scale .77cpm
Hourly start around 18 but hit 33 after 4 years

Very good job, just first couple years you may not be making much until you land a bid run.
