UPS gets shredded for tweet about how it will deal with North Pole letters - WPBF
It didn't take long for the company to delete tweet
The UPS store tweeted a statement offering services for Christmas, but it wasn’t taken well on the internet prompting the company to quickly delete the tweet.
The now-deleted tweet read, “If your child addresses a letter to the North Pole, you can leave it with us. We do shredding.”
Many parents know that kids who address letters to Santa Claus can mail them just about anywhere but the United Parcel Service’s plan for what they do with the letters is rubbing customers the wrong way.
