[QUOTE="Undertow, post: 5638800, member: 4550"] I believe it was already pointed out to you that this "full-time loader" you keep insisting makes far more than you do isn't loading full-time but instead does something else somewhere else to attain his full-time hours (possibly a combo-position employee?). I rarely see a FT employee attempting to put a PT employee down and I certainly don't see any of this "hostility" you continue to accuse many here of. Indifference or apathy towards a large portion of them after decades of a sizeable majority of them not bothering to even vote on union representation or the master agreements that directly affect them? That I definitely would expect. You're somewhere between asking or demanding unity and unconditional support for a large portion of the hourly workforce yet PT's refused to show up and do just that themselves 5 years ago when full-time rank-and-file members begged part-timers to take a whole two minutes of their time to cast enough votes to keep the last terrible contract from being rammed down members throats on some perverse constitutional loophole. You really want to sway some of these FT people to your side? Perhaps try to stop attempting to tar them as selfish or even hint that this perceived bias against them is somehow the main cause of why their wages, and yours, are such a gross offense to you. Go look your side in the mirror for a change and tell them that maybe some of their cavalier attitude toward participation, and especially sense of unity when greatly needed, just might play a significant part as to why they currently are where they are.
