They will keep these people on the payroll longer than a employee who knows what they are doing.   It made me laugh when packageguy said something like, "all TSG supervisors are moving in to the TSC",  if that is true then TSG will be around in 2008.  The good ones are the first to go.Good Luck!</blockquote>
