Most of the UPS application stuff will probably be migrated to web-based apps if they haven't already. That moves the troubleshooting to a central location. All the end user needs is IE and maybe a few Java or Flash plug-ins. I met an IT contractor in my work that has been approached at the district level about providing some hardware/technical support for UPS buildings. I don't know what the status of this is, but it doesn't sound good.</p></blockquote><p></p>
