All unionization would do is remove "personal achievement" from the equation and make everyone equal, in the eyes of the union. The only thing that would count is seniority. That I cannot endorse and never will. That is what a union will do for you, not save your jobs. </span></span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 15px">Please do not be led into filling out any type of union materials, especially anything that requires your signature.
