Unions become big institutions, too.</p><p> </p><p>If I were still a TSG employee, I wouldn't put any effort into unionizing. I'd put my efforts into making myself more marketable. I found a lot of demand for technical knowledge and experience in the current job market....</p></blockquote><p></p>
