That's probably gonna ratchet up another notch or two come Monday.  Now the new hires aren't making $10/hr plus bonuses.  Once retropay lands it's $13 plus bonuses.  That's equivalent to $23/hr for a 20 hour work week. That puts a lot more high seniority skill position people in the "you probably won't fire me because I cost you less than a new hire" camp.On the other hand, I'm just on the cusp of having ground out enough years to afford a house.  I'd rather take the money.</blockquote>
