First we make more than other people who do similar jobs, not the same job as we do for other companies and we deserve every dollar that we make. Second, the job has been dummy downed from when I started 30 years ago but it is still a job that is not for everyone. It takes a certain kind of person to succeed as a delivery driver for UPS. Lastly, our benefits are great compared to most companies but, at least in my local our healthcare is nowhere near what it was when it was a company plan as opposed to a union plan. All that being said I definitely don’t want a strike and feel very fortunate to have worked for this company for the last 30 years. Don’t sell it short, we work harder and have more bill crap thrown at us than any other drivers at other delivery companies.</blockquote>
