Why is it that all of our Corporate Officers seem like they are all made out of the same "mold"? No personality....cold...and strictly focused on numbers.. This broadcast is all about technology and numbers but fails to give any credit to the humans that actually deliver and pick-up these "tracking numbers" day in and day out... I would LOVE to put Dave Barnes in a package car, trailer, or tractor/trailer and show him what all these numbers really equate to. You don't get a lot of data without a lot of work HUMAN work.
