Leadership in this particular case was non-existent. Someone should be held responsible for that. That doesn't mean all cops are pieces of <img src="/community/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/group1/censored2.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":censored2:" title="Censored2 :censored2:" data-shortname=":censored2:" /> because of this incident.</p></blockquote><p></p>
