It’s a huge financial jump. The cover drivers have language that allows us to hire more drivers so again it works different than TCD’s. The cover driver together with the 22.4 are a tag team. It’s weird but there is a balance to it. What gets to me is all the fist pumping vote no guys that can’t accept that. I know every region is different and I have always said I understand people voting no if they never had a two tier driver. For us it works.</p></blockquote><p></p>
