The company has always abused the language and used them for more then they are supposed to. Our covers have 9.5 protection, only of they are covering the same route all week, but that can all be at the sups discretion, so not real 9.5 protection.    The problem is, now PTs will have to become a cover driver and then a 22.4 driver before finally making it to RPCD. That could realistically be 5-10 years with no protections and sub standard pay.</blockquote>
