I've vote no before many times. We have only stuck once in my 29+ years. Why because both sides are required to bargin in "good faith". Only when one side refuses to negotiate then a strike really becomes an option. Neither side wins. The authorization of a stike we voted for is the same as a 8 year old telling his parents, "I'm leaving" and he packs a bag and heads to the front door. Waiting to be stopped by his parents who are laughing. It's only a threat if you are serious.</p></blockquote><p></p>
