As long as work is available completely negates the 40 hour guarantee. if that line were to protect the company, then why is it only written in the RPCD 40 hour guarantee and not in the 22.4  40 hour guarantee. Sounds like its purposely written for Monday layoffs when all the resi gets delivered over the weekend by a 22.4. Unless its plainly written. UPS is going to use it how they see fit. i.e. Monday layoffs to start. That line is too vague and too open for ups interpretation of it. It needs to be crossed out.</blockquote>
