Biggest thing to perfect is not rolling backward when stopped on a hill. That's the best advice there is.

Don't roll back. Also stay one car length behind vehicles in front, and don't touch the curb when turning. You'll pass

Black lever, left side of dash. For hill starts you must keep the service brake depressed and release the clutch slowly until you feel it catch the flywheel. When you feel the engine start to struggle you must release the brake and give it a little more throttle then usual and start moving. Release clutch very slowly and drive away!
