I sat in on several that was decided before I even walked into the room. On one particular issue concerning seniority which was such an open and shut case, we lost the grievance. So I had a meeting with our Local President who was willing to file charges against our BA.  But the three of us was able to resolve the issue, I did not want to see any Teamster lose his job, even if I felt the BA was not doing his job. The BA met with Labor and it was corrected without another hearing. But, a short time later, the BA crossed over the line again and was forced to resign.</p></blockquote><p></p>
