Have you ever been to a grievance hearing?  Have you noticed the the people sitting on each side of the table? And the BA and Steward and one end presenting the information regarding the grievance. Only this time, my BA sat at the table, never said a word. Also, that morning they placed all people who came for their grievance hearings in a hotel room. All grievances were heard but mine. Then the panel went to lunch, not informing me, leaving my grievance to be the only one heard after they all had their meal. At least I had a TV to watch. This was also before stewards were reimbursed for their time at hearings. Your responses on this issue makes me pray that you are not a steward because I would worry which side of the panel you are sitting on.</p></blockquote><p></p>
