If UPS does not give you the hours, they must pay you the difference at the end of each year. </span></span></p><p><span style="color: #222222"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"></span></span></p><p><span style="color: #222222"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">2. All union employees will reach top pay after 5 years of service. </span></span></p><p><span style="color: #222222"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">3. Very little raises for the first 5 years of service, but signficant bumponyour 5th year. </span></span></p><p><span style="color: #222222"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">3.
