After the first 3 or 4 days picketers begin to silently eyeing up one another trying to figure who will be the first to crack under the pressure and scab. This is why I believe there will be an 11th hour offer. An offer not significantly better than the previous one but the majority of the rank and file knowing that they'll never get everything they want but have made significant gains and if they go out there's no telling how long they'll be out or how many will scab.....will vote in favor of the offer. You never have to worry about the picketers who live from paycheck to paycheck. It's the ones who spend from paycheck to paycheck that you have to be concerned with.</blockquote>
