I was at a residential bulk stop that had 9 large pieces. (furniture, rug, crap). Long driveway. Pulled out the hand-truck only to find out the extension was broken and wouldn't support any weight. I made a call to my center manager "Give me one solid reason why I shouldn't bring this pc back to the hub and walk the hell out". He couldn't do it, so that's what I did.
