Add the salt, pepper and paprika, stirring to combine.</p><p>Add the beef broth to the onion mixture and return the beef to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.</p><p>Stir in the sour cream and heat just until hot. Serve over the cooked egg noodles and garnish with the minced parsley.</p></blockquote><p></p>
