Line a 17 x 12 x 1 inch baking pan with foil. Puree the ginger, garlic, soy sauce and oil in a blender, then put in a bowl and whisk in the hoisin sauce and honey. Reserve a 1/2 cup sauce and coat the ribs with the remainder. Arrange ribs , meaty side down, in pan and bake, turning and basting once with some of the reserved sauce halfway through baking, until cooked through about 40 mins.</span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'"><span style="font-size: 10px"><span style="color: #000080">Turn on broiler.
