Be sure to stir the soup occasionally to prevent sticking or scorching. Season with salt and pepper. </p><p> </p><p>Just before serving stir the chopped cilantro leaves into the soup, reserving some for garnish. Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with remaining cilantro.</p></blockquote><p></p>
