Stir in the taco seasoning mix and spread the mixture out on the pie tin. Sprinkle the top of the beef with the chopped green chilies.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">In a mixing bowl, beat together the milk, eggs, and baking mix with a whisk until well blended.
