Drain potatoes and cool completely. </p><p>Combine mayonnaise, relish, onion, celery seed, mustard, pepper and 1/4 teaspoon salt in large bowl. </p><p>Cube potatoes; add to bowl with eggs and toss. </p><p>Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
