Beat milk, eggs and cheese in bowl. Gradually stir in the mayo & flour mixture. Pour over macaroni. Spoon 1/2 macaroni mixture into 2 qt casserole dish. Cover with meat mixture and top with remaining macaroni. Bake at 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.</p></blockquote><p></p>
