I have seen helped used way into January. Sometimes it's a local union negotiation.

But the local may allow them so the company can cut routes and use helpers instead of putting drivers on the street. Depending on how soft your local is.

Our center is still adamant that CE will be an air only day so our last day for using outside helpers will most likely be the 23rd. We will still use insiders as helpers as needed after that date.
