But as far as my workplace its really a hostile environment. Your stuff between management pressuring you to pressure your employees and you have employees that really wouldnt listen to you. So hypothetically speaking what would you do in that instance? im not a quitter so quitting is not an option. Any opinions?</p></blockquote><p></p>
