Our propsed raises are in the 2% range, so it is a pay cut in terms of what your money will buy because inflation is usually 3% lately. Qustion 2: My opinion is that the union and the company are togetheron this. You know lets not make it look to bad. the Union has raised dues to 2.5 your hourly rate so they are good with a smaller raise for you. Union gets to keep the goverment out of their cash cow pension. UPS gets to cut costs majorly after an up front payment.</blockquote>
