Have them strictly work inside the next 3 days to meet their 40 hours. This establishes the 22.4 position as an actual “combo” job since driving duties are only required on the weekends. RPCD drivers stay on a Mon-Fri schedule with weekends off and the company has weekend deliveries covered by full time teamsters at a lower rate. My biggest gripe about the 22.4 position is the fact that is was sold as a “combo” job. I’ve yet to see a 22.4 driver work inside.</p></blockquote><p></p>
