I have a home that's been paid off for a long time, put two kids through college,have a fair amount in my retirement and personal savings and I have 0 debt.


Maybe you need to rethink your priorities
They think a single-income household splits the income right down the middle between spouses like spending money or something. LOL!

Not everyone is buying 600k homes at 7% interest, eating out every day, plus two car loans, and new iPhone 26's every year for the whole family.

We could get by on one income but choose not to. We're putting a lot of money toward savings every year (retirement, emergency fund, college) so when we do retire we never have to worry about money again.

Rethink your priorities is right.
