I have been qualified since October 2017 so my question is do I have to wait 12 months again to get the 8hours at driver rate for holiday pay?

So I’m coming up on my first year of driving in March, but I started training in the end of January so that is my building seniority date on the sheet. (I had to wait for a route to open up) Do I get my first raise on my building seniority date or my first week driving?

What are the seniority rules when one union local joins another? Ive heard dovetail for seniority, but both locals have a different progresion time for becoming full time. Example one local has a 10+ years to become full time and the other is a few years less. Anyone has info on this?
