So my buddy is kind of sick, and should probably take a break from his preload shifts to get some tests run, maybe even recuperate. I keep telling him to look into FMLA, but he keeps insisting it will mess up his seniority and won't. Does taking a leave on FMLA suspend your seniority or reset...

Am I the only one who caught this proposal? In section 25 they’re asking the company to call back all drivers by 9pm and no one can be disciplined for missed pieces. EVEN in peak! Could this be the section that causes the strike? Or are they trolling?
