they didnt fix the banking system after 2008. anyways i used to post a list of different countries and what was the most their housing markets popped and its always 30% or more. i hope it happens im waiting for a sale. there was some kind of stat about the countries that werent affected by 2008 and how inflated their housing markets were.

Rates are still high and RE is so holding up the economy. Upside down low net worth loans are not the norm. Heard there are 15 M empty homes. Not sure How many are low interest loans?

Markets crash and the wealthy buy stocks for pennies on the dollar. When the market crashed in 2008 car company stocks cratered. But one, Ford, which dropped in price to $1.05 a share, hadn't borrowed money from the government and was in good condition financially. I begged my dad to invest $50k in it. He had four times that much in the bank. He wouldn't, and in less than 6 months Ford shares were almost $19 before settling back to about $16. Easy come, easy go.
 
If companies have to compete for workers they'll have to offer higher wages, to them this is "crashing the economy"

I hate neoliberalism so much it's unreal
