A couple things.
1. What is the name if the company in NH shipping DHL?
W-Wide---it wasn't a large company like Linens & Things or LL Bean---so who knows what incentives DHL is offering to larger customers. I have heard that they have offered free 90 day shipping to win customers------it would be hard for customers to pass up free anything for 90 days.
I know that UPS can't offer rates that are below our cost to serve--which come under predatory pricing------so how is a company like DHL able to offer rates that are below their cost to serve---I am sure that they are lower than ours and that they will be able to offer lower rates---------the real question is how much of a lower rate will a customer accept to offset lower customer satisfaction?
