2 months (Pay) still has not been given for mistake

Its been 2 months or so, I have spoke with 3sup and even Manager.....Still my back pay has not surfaced....what are next steps?

File a grievance and also request penalty pay if appicable. If not you can always so to the Dept of Labor-Wage and Hours Div in your state. They will get you paid.

I would just keep crying about it but only on internet forums.

Management had two days to cut you a check. You should of filed a grievance for back pay and penalty pay within 5 days. You may be out of luck considering its 2 MONTHS later. GROW A PAIR and file.

File grievance then they will pay you if they owe you money. Request everything that is owed plus any applicable penalty owed

You need to be speaking to union officials. Not management about it at this point
