Picked up 2 Access Point packages today that were left for a week. Customer lives 3 blocks away but never picked them up. Told to return to shipper. Don't really get it.

I wonder if wine deliveries can be sent to access points. We are going live on the program Monday. We were told that it is slow to take off in test markets so far.

2 weeks to get a package? It would have been RTSed after 7 days...

2 weeks to figure out what happened, since we had no idea at the time what an access point was, and to try to make sure nothing we ship ever went to an access point again. It took 5 business days for it to be picked up by a driver and actually delivered to the customer.
