After peak hires

It is in the new master. No 22.4 in a building that doesn't have Saturday ground. Also, they're doing away with the 6 to 1 for off the street. still have 6 to 1 for transfers.

im in a very rural area, with only Saturday air delivery. New hires after peak will still be hired as RPCD? Or 22.4? I’ve tried to determine this but the language is confusing. Anyone got definitive answer?
